Location, location, location! If downtown Decatur or Emory is your destination, this is the place for you! The property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping - everything! I am glad that the parking is on property and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with Grace and she was responsive to all contact and requests. My wife and I would stay here again, where it's Greater in Decatur!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and always responded quickly, making check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I had a long weekend away to attend a graduation party nearby. Karen’s place worked out great for us. We got some time by the lake and spoke with her and Tom. Everything was lovely. We would stay again if we are back in the area.

My husband and I stayed at Tom and Christine's place for a few days. The apartment was exactly as described and the neighborhood and surroundings were peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for. Christine took time to meet with us and showed us around the property. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay, pretty close to Truist park where our concert was. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy. A great place to relax after our busy outings!

Had a very relaxed stay at Janice’s guest house. I was in town for a wedding and felt free to come and go as needed and was very comfortable in the space. If I find myself in the Blairsville area again I would stay here again in the future!

Very nice little place! Air conditioning worked great, close restaurants, quiet neighborhood. Wish I could have stayed longer but a quick rest from Maryland to Florida. Very convenient to 95. John was very responsive…would definitely would stay again!

As always, this place is fantastic. The surroundings are so peaceful and it's a great place to relax away from it all. The hosts are also some of the best I've ever had.

The bed swing and firepit create an ideal ambience for a restful evening. We were fortunate enough to have rain; the sound of raindrops on the metal roof was the perfect final touch! We'll be back, for sure!

I enjoyed my stay at the cozy cottage. Well furnished, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Although we had some technical difficulties because of a storm that came through the day before we arrived, the location was just like it looks in the pictures and Brandi did everything she could to try to accommodate us. This is a VERY private cozy spot. Very clean and modern. There are steps but it’s clear in the description. 5 stars for sure.

We loved this studio close to the river. The space was clean and nicely decorated. It is furnished with everything you need and they provide snacks and coffee. It’s so close to downtown blue ridge and the private river access is amazing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

My goodness is this place precious. From the permaculture garden, to the mighty fig trees, to the landscaping, to the gorgeous weathered board and batten studio and the adorable cottage/apartment house. We will book here every time my daughter attends soccer camp! They have created quite the oasis! We felt secluded but we were just a hop, skip and a jump to all the things. I also loved all the sculptures throughout the garden. Well done!

Kathleen's place was as described and spotless. It was beautifully decorated and you could tell she put a lot of thought into making sure you had everything you needed. We plan to return next time we are in town. Nick and Joann

Great stay for a quick trip while traveling. Neighborhood felt very safe and the instructions to find the accommodation and check in were very clear. Huge bonus that the host will provide aquarium access using their seasonal pass which helped us save a good amount of money and skip the line. Kind host, and overall great stay.

This place was perfect for my man to work during the week, it was spacious and furnished with great detail. Our stay was so comfortable, I’d definitely book here when i come back to ATL! The host was very proactive and clear with instructions for checking in and out so we never had a problem. Thanks again!

This was the perfect place I could’ve stayed for what I wanted to do. My girlfriend and I got to explore both Savannah and Tybee Island basically in one full day with how conveniently placed the Bnb was. Kolin was a fantastic host and made it extremely easier to check in and out. Also the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in it was amazing.

Kendall’s place was perfect for a quick trip! No frills but everything you need! The house was stocked with plenty of linens & coffee! I would definitely come back for another stay!

This studio with a loft over the garage was perfect! Clean, cool (thank goodness since it was hot outside!) and updated! Great finishes and a comfortable space. This place was perfect for my adult daughter and I for the weekend! It was a short drive to downtown, where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. Definitely check out the cemetery and Cumberland Island too
