Spent a weekend with family and we all loved the place! Great location near local restaurants and parks, and walkable to nearly everything in the historic district. The place was very clean with great amenities and has a very large bathroom. Would recommend this place to anyone and would love to visit again in the future.

Great location and wonderful accommodation. The room, the interior and all the outdoor spaces were immaculate. The espresso machine was a wonderful bonus. We were in a 4th floor room and it was so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great time in the city and the studio was amazing. The host/ staff were very helpful and friendly.

Scott’s place was so great! Walkable to lots of things and it was wonderful waking up to the sunlight shining through and seeing all of the big oak trees through the windows. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

Great location in the historic district! The private outdoor space and place to store your luggage if you have a late flight is super convenient. The space was perfect for our few day get away. Savannah itself is beautiful. I highly recommend a visit if you like history and nightlife. Just about everything was walkable for us. Bonaventure Cemetery and a few other places are just a quick Uber away though.

Not a single negative thing to say. Everything was excellent related to our stay. We loved Savannah and will return to both Savannah and The Present.

This is a great apartment in an amazing location. Its a spacious apartment with lots of great building amenities. It was super clean and has everything you need. I would happily stay here again!

Such a great stay! No issues with check in (the last thing you want after a 8-9 hr drive). A Kasa employee was actually outside and was available if needed. Lovely huge apt and location was great. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at John’s place and Savannah was awesome! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone interested in visiting the city.
