Beachfront gated no smoking complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by.This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball.

Susan’s home on Tybee Island was better than we hoped! Plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms, we were a party of 5, so we appreciated all the bathrooms. The deck was spacious, and the view was just as described. And lots of fun on the beach. House super clean. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

Clean and close to the bay. Thin walls so be aware of that, especially upstairs neighbors. Very nice place and comfy. Has everything you’ll need - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, plenty of shower towels, full kitchen. Wish there were more washcloths. Didn’t love being on the first floor from privacy standpoint on the balcony but it would’ve been perfect if we needed to watch our kids in the pool.

This is a charming 1955 beach house down a private gravel road. It is the 2nd house from the beach. It feels very safe and peaceful. The walls are a thick stone and the floors are concrete making it cool and easy to clean. Fully stocked kitchen and everything you would need for the beach. Communication with Pat was easy and pleasant. He responds right away to any questions. Wonderful home and great host.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly like it was listed. Everything was pristine. Scott and his wife made sure we had everything we needed and extras. It was quite and peaceful and with in walking distance of lots of places. The places we did drive were with in 5 to 10 mins. I would highly recommend this condo to a couple or family. The residence was extremely close to the beach, with the access point just across the street. And it was well within walking distance to the Pier Village and other points of interest on the island. The beach area was not too crowded. The residence was perfect for our group who was in town for a wedding. The only complaint I heard was the bathrooms were a little small. But the bedrooms and the amenities made our stay comfortable and relaxing.
