Great house, everything was perfect. House is stocked with all the essentials which is nice to show up and not have to run immediately to the store. William is extremely friendly and responsive. I will be staying here each year when I visit my friends in Valdosta.

This spot had the most amazing view of the Lake and was so peaceful to enjoy. The property was well equipped and we enjoyed our time here so much we would stay here again. Perfect for a family we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Only recommendation would be to have extra blankets and pillows but everything else was top notch. We will be back!

The property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of living space inside and out, great amenities, super comfortable beds. Everything we needed was provided for. The hosts were proactive and answered any questions we had right away. Would definitely stay here in the future.

We had a great time and loved the location on Lake Sinclair. We docked our rental boat at the dock located on property. The family loved using the hot tub and sunning on the dock. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that provided privacy for all in my group of 4. The house was in immaculate condition and all the 5 star reviews I read were justified. Thank you so much Val for making this property a top place to stay on Lake Sinclair.

We had an amazing anniversary trip staying at Scott's place! The home was immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. We felt as if we were in a treehouse with the views from every room. Highly recommend!

Great get away in a perfect neighborhood. After riding around on the island I had my doubts there could be a such nice quiet house amongst all of the crowds that were found along the beaches. When we pulled up to the cottage all of my fears went out the window, it is located on a quiet dead end street, there were probably less than 10 cars went by in the two days we were there. The house it self was just as described, one of the cutest places we have ever rented. Missy was a great host, always communicated quickly, and provided great recommendations for the area. 5 Stars all the way around. We will be back!

Beautiful house in the middle of the peaceful woods right above Lake Hartwell that has everything you ever dreamed of and is wonderful for any time of the year! The owners are really friendly and have equipped the space with everything you need for a perfect stay, great for both vacation and remote work. The two-story indoor space is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The spacious upstairs porch with table, chairs, grill, and TV is also a great living and working area. Plus there’s a covered dock with chairs to enjoy the lake scene while soaking up the sun, kayaks to explore the inlets, and even a firepit for well-rounded outdoor living!

The lake house was just what we needed to relax and get away. We were in town for a family reunion and it was the perfect location. We hope to book again next year.

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

This home is in a gorgeous location right on the lake. There is opportunity to hang out outside or inside, depending upon weather. It was in the 30’s and rainy when we were there, the home was very cozy. It was too wet for the fire pit. The dock would be great for spring and summer hangouts. We fished by the lakeside on the last afternoon when the sun came out. Saw a couple of deer every evening and morning. Lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery nearby. The beds were comfy, linens clean, house was clean, heater worked. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home! Susan is awesome and communication was incredible. She really made our stressful wedding weekend easier and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to assist with our special accommodation needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was attractively decorated both inside and out. The view of the lake was beautiful from the living room, the deck and the dock. We also appreciated the quiet and peace. We’d definitely love to stay again in the future.

House looked just like the pictures. The view is absolutely stunning, you'll never get tired of looking out over the marsh - the sunrises are worth waking up for! This is by far the most accommodating and fully stocked AirBnB we've ever stayed at. Tons of toys, baby items, etc. Highly recommend and will return!

This cabin is a true gem. The location is great as it feels quiet and woodsy but isn’t remote or hard to find. The cabin is well appointed, super clean, and comfortable for two couples even though we only used one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need and quite a few things you may have forgotten. I’d definitely recommend this cabin and being pet friendly is a plus. Our golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed it and the quick 5 min drive to Hemlock Falls.

Nicole is a great host! Everything was just as described and the sunsets at the lake were the best. Everything was well cleaned and we appreciated all of the amenities offered. She was very quick with her communication and even gave us some recommendations on where to hike!

What a remarkable cabin! Amazing place with so much to do and so many amenities. The scenic views of the lake cannot be described. We didn’t get on the lake, but neighbors in the community did and it looked like a lot of fun. We spent a lot of time in blue ridge and we love it there with all the great restaurants and shopping. The cabin is very convenient to down town which we liked. Next time we will be coming back to Michaels place. It’s one of the best airbnb’s in the area for sure!

We just wrapped up a long weekend at this house. It was an excellent trip! The house was the perfect size for us (family of 4 plus 2 dogs). Even on rainy days, we found the setting beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the lake, kayaks, game room, and board games. Kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you need to cook. We grilled almost every night. I hope we can return soon, it was a wonderful family getaway that left us all refreshed and recharged.

Beautiful and cozy little place right on the river!! It was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend getaway. My husband and I enjoyed it very much!! The nice little patch of “green grass” and the levelness out front was perfect for our little Yorkie. I absolutely loved the decorating and how every inch of space was utilized so well! My husband enjoyed a moment of fishing off the deck and we thoroughly enjoyed the s’mores that were left for us! Sounds of the river were amazing; I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was perfect and 3 miles to get to everything in Ellijay! The extra special touches really added up and we would love to come back again sometime!
