Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lexington

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the layout worked well for us to have our own space. The home was charming, well-kept, and fulfilling for our needs. There was a comment made about the openness of the windows, but we did not feel this was of issue as the neighboring homes were distant and the remote vibe did not lend any safety concerns so I wouldn't give it concern as you may read the reviews. Toni was responsive each step along the way during the trip. The location in proximity to Four Roses was a stone throw -- and getting to Frankfort to enjoy Buffalo Trace was a short distance away -- as was getting to Woodford Reserve. The hot tub was a signature offering, as some of the guests have one so it was nice to enjoy away this amenity while on the trip. All the essentials we needed were there. The only opportunity would be making the guest resource book more clear and visible, as it was somewhat tucked away and inconspicuous. Overall, highly recommend.

Stayed at John’s place for two nights while in town for the Railbird Festival. Didn’t really spend much time at the cabin but thought it was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice perk!

Jamie was incredible! She is very kind and communicative. We had a very short stay but the house was very clean and very nice and in a great neighborhood.

The location was perfect and walkable to some of the cute local restaurants/cafes and a small Walgreens. 5 minutes to Kentucky native cafe and Kenwick table, both places I absolutely wanted to visit and recommend…Very cute area and the neighborhoods surrounding the home were upscale. The view across the street is not stunning but the front patio was so nice to relax on. The inside was clean, bright and cheerful with a lot of natural light. The only issue I had was that the bedding was too scented and caused some breathing issues due to my asthma. The rest of our party did not have issues with the scented bedding. Some or the older ppl in our party said the beds were too hard and they had to buy a foam topper at Walmart. The guest queen bed downstairs was comfortable for me but I’m 34 and less prone to aches and pains. Overall I would definitely stay again!

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

From booking to the end of our visit this was a great experience and lovely home for what we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with an assortment of cookware and utensils. The water pressure in the showers was wonderful. The various sitting areas in the downstairs allowed people to spread out when needed. Coffee, restaurants, and grocery all with in a 5 minute drive.

Katie was nothing short of amazing. She was very responsive and on it in general. We enjoyed our time spent at this cute little home!! Thank you again!!!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a group of seven and dogs. There was plenty of room and the large beds throughout were perfect for a group of adults. The creek in the back was so pretty. Our dogs played in it every day. The park behind the house was a nice plus and an easy walk to go play some pickleball/tennis. Since we as renters depend on reviews and everyone has different standards, I will mention a couple of things that could be improved on. I still left 5 stars because for us it didn’t affect our great time. The outdoor cushions need a good cleaning or replacement as they are badly stained. It was obvious that the back deck had not been blown off in a while. A better lawn service company is probably all that’s needed. All in all it is a great place to stay with a large group. Seth was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. Someone even secretly came to take the garbage bins to the road and put them back. LOL Nice touch.

This place is truly a rare find. Centrally located yet very quiet. The apartment was spotless and so beautifully decorated. Elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. Every room looked exquisite and had everything that someone could possibly need while away from home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. The little balcony was perfect for hanging out in the evening. The apartment is only few minutes walk from the downtown restaurants. This was an absolutely perfect place.

Such a beautiful space: hardwood floors, tall windows, neat fireplace. Perfect location for walking around town. The host is friendly and communicative! This was the perfect spot to stay for the night, thank you!

We had a great time at this location. There was this great place down the road with shops, eateries, a lovely coffee place. It was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable , and we felt right a home. There was even a small porch with a table and chairs.

I rented the apartment for my parents to visit family. The place was pristine and Ronnie was super helpful to my parents!!! I will definitely stay here when I come to visit this fall. I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

Great location for walking downtown but still quiet. The host gave great instructions for everything, especially for parking options!
