Farmstay holiday rentals in Lexington

We had a fantastic time at Laura's cabin! Our son had so much fun exploring the farm, and watching the cows and goats. We also enjoyed drinking our coffee while watching the birds at the bird feeder each morning. The cabin itself was beautiful with many touches referencing the history of the cabin. We really enjoyed being able to use the farm store by the cabin as well. It was very centrally located, allowing us to easily do day-trips to Red River Gorge, Lexington, and Winchester. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this stay!

The place was just what we needed! Very cool setting with horses free roaming all around!

We just loved this peaceful Kentucky farm and the animals and the view from the back porch is to die for! We did the bourbon trail and stayed Monday through Friday, but wish more time was spent just staying here and letting time go slowly by. We especially enjoyed the fresh eggs, bacon and biscuits every morning. We cooked out on thursday and Jackie has everything you need and more! a few good restaurants around but do yourself a favor and stay in and cook out instead! You won’t regret it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Natalie's summer kitchen! Everything was exactly as described and then some. Between the easily accessible location to everywhere I wanted to go around the Lexington area, the beautiful surroundings of the peaceful farm, the farm animals, and the spacious and perfectly decorated two room house, we can't wait to return!

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. My husband, I and our 4 kids, 16,13,12 and 5. This is a simple home, simple living with beautiful surroundings. Its a great place to get away. We thank Judy so much for accommodating us and our family.

We had a great time at this lovely cabin! The hosts have put together a binder with lots of info on things to do in the area. We found a small local distillery and had a fantastic time. Also had fun saying hi to the horses and chickens on the property. I would highly recommend for a peaceful weekend getaway.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place! The house was so clean and well equipped! Caron was a very attentive host and took us on a great tour of the farm. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

This is my second stay at this location and it was just as beautiful as I remember! Being able to step out on that incredible patio and see horses running in the field next to you is simply breathtaking! All details were spot on and Chet and Robert were both delightful to talk to and very helpful!

My wife and I loved it. Barbara was extremely proactive in communication and very courteous. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and the animals were very friendly. It added to the excellent experience. The room was extremely clean and well designed. My wife has already recommended it to her parents!

Great cottage right next to the Churchill center and Honeysuckle. Very comfortable and well-stocked; well-designed space. Would definitely choose again.

Julie’s house is an incredibly beautiful, comfortable, clean and very enjoyable home! It is wonderfully decorated and loads of thoughtful amenities, including snacks. The views are beyond compare. It was so relaxing to sit in the front porch rocking chairs and take in the surrounding beauty. We visited the Daniel Boone cabin and Wendt’s Wildlife Adventure and thoroughly enjoyed both. We loved the sloths, camels and goats! Both are walkable from the house. The hosts are fantastic! Extremely kind, considerate, helpful and very responsive. The recommendations for restaurants were perfect! Thank you Julie and Shaun for a wonderful home to enjoy. I hope I can return. Highly recommend!

Tim and Amy were amazing hosts! Tim let us see the animals and wow they were all so cute! They left us fresh eggs and a homemade present 🎁 this was our second time and we will be back! Amazing all the way around! Thank you for hosting us during our Kentucky Derby weekend!

Cindy was very friendly and kind. She greeted us while we strolled the property with Axel the German shepherd as our tour guide. She gave excellent recommendations and decorated the barn with homegrown double tulips from her garden. We also had the opportunity to meet her animals and feed the calf (although our vacation schedule didn't align with the calf's feeds). We absolutely loved staying and would return in a heartbeat!

Backyard was great with our dog and really appreciated being able to park in the garage with Spring storms in KY. Convenient location for getting around. Internet speed was great - which is always important to us since we travel full time and work remote. Thank you!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway that’s easy to get to and you don’t mind simple living, this is the place for you. Perfect place to rest and breathe without modern distractions. Yet close enough to Georgetown to explore and enjoy southern hospitality. The outdoor tubs were magical!

Emily and Drew are absolutely wonderful hosts. They make you feel like you are a family member. Have stayed in the Bunkhouse three times so far and are looking forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed our weeks stay at Stella's R n' R. WIFI and cell service was a little spotty at times, but was able to work around issues. Also a BBQ would be a great addition to grill some steaks on the back patio. Overall we enjoyed our relaxing week and are looking forward to making KY our forever home.

This is a charming location in downtown Lexington. The pictures are accurate, and the home is cozy. The owner is extremely responsive to questions, and it was a good stay.

Linda’s place was so peaceful and perfect birthday getaway for my husband’s birthday over Derby weekend. Linda was so charitable and generous with her time especially with our two littles. The Airbnb is spacious and cozy, we loved the decorations and it had everything you’d need and then some! Our kids slept so well we slept in for the first time in years! We couldn’t thank Linda enough for her time and her willingness to make us feel at home. Staying at Linda’s place felt like staying with an old friend whose love for her horses created the best memories for our family!

My family and I have stayed here a few times for the Kentucky Three Day Event. It is the perfect place to come and unwind after a long day at the Kentucky Horse Park. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with horses and nature everywhere you look. There's and outdoor patio as well as an enclosed screen porch, so you can enjoy the quiet setting rain or shine. Inside is comfortable and full of cute horse touches. A nice cozy space to enjoy mornings and evenings. Tina and Miranda are easy to work with and super helpful. We will definitely be coming back!!
