Condo holiday rentals in Lexington

We needed a spot on short notice as we stopped for the night on a family road trip. This unit was ready to go! Claire was very easy to work with and we appreciated the great accommodations. Beds were comfortable! Able to walk to coffee/breakfast easily.

I had the pleasure of staying at this great location, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, my stay was welcoming and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly ask for. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants nearby. It's clear that she takes great pride in hosting, and it truly made a difference in my stay.

Everything was perfect

The place is huge and comfortable. The bed was awesome! Host is a great person and very nice. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but highly recommend the local diner fo breakfast and the Trackside Restaurant for dinner! Also the local Bourbon distillery tour was fun! You are smack dab in beautiful horse farm country! We will be back!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described. clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and quick. The space was quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything I needed was provided, including fresh towels, kitchen essentials, and strong Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Me and my friends came for RAILBIRD Festival and had a blast! Awesome Location and Claire was very fast with responding to anything we needed!! We Will be staying again in the future!

Great place to stay

Clean, neat 👌 everything in order. Simple yet very classy. Right in the middle of town, easy walk to most establishments in town. For those driving, surrounded by parking garages and street parking. This is a beautiful place.

Had a girl's weekend in Lexington and Brooke's place was perfect for this. The apartment was in a great location and very clean! Highly recommend!

I really appreciated how fast Claire was at confirming my booking, and how effective her instructions were. The place had a gorgeous view and was walkable to many bars and restaurants. If I’m ever in Lexington again, I would definitely consider staying here!

Central location for downtown, UK, and Transy. Clean and comfortable stay in a well decorated condo. A number of restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

John’s condo was gorgeous… beautiful furnishings, very spacious, comfy beds and bedding, plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Great parking (nice that there were 2 spots for our use), easy access from condo to parking garage. The location could not have been better as we were in Lexington for our son’s UK graduation at Rupp arena. The only negative was the noise from the street but it wasn’t overly bothersome. Would highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

We stayed here for a weekend in Lexington for a music festival. Very walkable which was so helpful. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It is in the city so there were some siren/motorcycle noises - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Would highly recommend this stay to be close to the Red Mile.

Great place to stay in Lexington! Super convenient location - so close to downtown and were able to easily get to Keeneland (purpose of the stay). Ran into a small hiccup when checking in as the code to the door lock didn't work, but David was super responsive and got us in within seconds! Enjoyed the rooftop terrace too. One thing to note, the place has its own parking garage in the building which is very convenient because you get two spots to park in, but the garage is really small so I'd recommend planning to park a sedan/small car in the space. We were very close to not being able to park our truck in the garage due to tight squeeze. Great stay in the city though!
