23 m2 apartment on the garden floor, under my main residence. Independent entrance. Renovation 2016. An equipped living room/kitchen, table, sofa bed and TV. A small functional room (new bedding 140*200). Shower room with shower and WC. Parking in front of the door, in a private parking lot. 5 minutes' walk from the city center (many shops and bars-restaurants) and the shopping area (hypermarket, MacD, ...). The supply of sheets and towels is optional (+ €25/bed).

Welcome to our village in the heart of the Vendée bocage! The cottage is located 5 km from Les Herbiers and 15 km from Le Puy du Fou. You will have the entire place to yourself. The house has a large living room-kitchen with sofa bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 small bedrooms (1 with 140 bed and 1 with 2 90 beds) and 1 bathroom equipped with sink, shower and toilet. Outside, terrace with garden furniture. Parking. Beds made on arrival. Linens provided.

Nice house from 1928

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. I live here year-round with my two kids, our dog and our two cats. I started renovating this house in 2019 and I can finally host you. You will be at home, everything stays on site, kitchen equipment, games, books... I will also give you plenty of beautiful addresses, places to visit and beautiful walks along the Sèvre.
