Before the renovation work, this house was an authentic stable that has retained all the charm of its history.

Accommodation in a peaceful setting, ideally located 5 min. by car from Puy du Fou and close to the village of Epesses. Capacity 6 people maximum thanks to its two bedrooms with double bed and the sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful outside area with terrace. Private parking next to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided but can be rented for 10 euros per person (1 pair of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Wifi connection. Pets not allowed.

Large living rooms (living room 40 m2, kitchen-dining room 30 m2), 2 master bedrooms with shower rooms, 2 children's/teenager's bedrooms with 3 beds per bedroom and 1 large bathroom. The property is located on a 1000 m2 enclosed plot, itself surrounded by a 7000 m2 wooded plot. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Outdoor pool 4 m by 8 m. Sheets, towels for rent not included.

Nature lovers, come and discover this charming cottage on the banks of the Sèvre. The accommodation is located in a 16th-century mill. Come and take a stroll along the nearby hiking trails, go paddleboarding, relax in the relaxation area (optional spa) or have dinner in a charming little open garden on the banks, a few metres from the Cottage.
