The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). I stugans källare och i huset finns tvättstuga. Rökfritt inne och ute.

Välkommen hem till oss! Koppla av med hela familjen i detta mysiga boende. Vid vägens slut precis granne med skogen, rådjuren och vandringsleder hittar du detta röda lilla hus. Avskillt men nära till både centrum, kollektivtrafiken, ett flertal sjöar och lugnet. Villa i tre plan med fyra sovrum med totalt 6 sängplatser. (spjälsäng finns om så önskas) Ett väldigt barnvänligt hem med gott om leksaker och aktiviteter för alla åldrar. Sängkläder ingår ej men går att hyra för 100kr/person.

Gothenburg city center and Landvetter Airport are about 20 minutes by car from the house.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. House with charm and fantastic view in Lerum

Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

Korpakullen in Bälinge, Alingsås.

The apartment is idyllic, close to forest with berries and mushrooms. Wonderful walking opportunities in the forest. 400 meters to Stora and Lilla Munsjöarna with swimming area and fishing. It is 50 km to Gothenburg, 40 km to Borås, 10 km to 18-hole golf course. 5 km to the beautiful wooden town Alingsås. Bedroom for 2 people in bed and 2 people in sofa bed. No smoking. Dogs are allowed. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.

Welcome to our house in central Lerum! To Gothenburg, it takes about 20 minutes by car. Single-story house with large terrace and fenced plot, perfect for both children and pets. Lerum center is 800 meters away, where there are shops, restaurants and the train station that will take you to Gothenburg or Alingsås. Swimming areas, exercise trails and nature are nearby. No parties are allowed in this house.
