THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Here you enjoy the starry sky through the skylight and listen to when the fire is crackling. Surround by forest, berries and mushrooms, lookout, forest trails. 25 minutes by car to Liseberg/Gbg city. Free parking on the island. Free shuttle parking is available at the bus stop (3 km) if you want to take the direct bus to Gothenburg No parties/pets. Max 4 people. Bring a bathrobe and slippers! Patio construction in July, but everything is accessible.

Newly-built cottage with sauna, hot tub and private jetty

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

In the garden, there is a small patio with barbecue grill. Chicken farm with 6 hens attached. The location is central and Lerum station is 4 minutes' walk away with commuter trains to Gothenburg (19-minute trip). Welcome!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Lakeside guest house in Lerum

Located a couple of minutes walk from Stamsjön as well as surrounding beautiful forests you will find our guesthouse. Great for jogging, forest walks, Mountain biking, swimming and mushroom picking. The guesthouse has a private entrance and is 30 m2 spread over two floors. Parking for two cars that is equipped with an electric car charger. There is a double bed and an extra bed that can be pulled out. The accommodation is optimal for two adults or a small family. There is a slightly steep staircase that may be unsafe for small children.

Gotaleden, Gothenburg, GOT, parking, washmachine

Enjoy a stay when you stay in a cozy cottage with walking distance to Gotaleden, about 20 minutes by car to Gothenburg, Alingsås and Landvetter airport. Hiking, fishing and nature are nearby and there are trains and buses to Gothenburg or Alingsås. There is a sofa bed (will be 130 cm wide) sleeping loft suitable for children from 5 years - adult size s/m (stepladder/movable mattresses), nice patio and free parking. (Note stairs). In the basement of the cottage and in the house there is a laundry room. No smoking inside or outside.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
