Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Farm apartment near Gothenburg

The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in lots. If you get cold, there is a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Fully equipped and newly built apartment (2021) in a separate cottage by Lake Mjörn, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The lake view from its own patio is fantastic and the surroundings as well. The space is about 30 square meters and can house four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the accommodation easily accessible. 200 meters to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). I stugans källare och i huset finns tvättstuga. Rökfritt inne och ute.
