Lovely stay, gorgeous house and neighborhood. Landlords were 100% friendly and responsive to all queries.

The villa is located at a very tranquil location with peaceful surroundings and very friendly locals who smile and greet you on your neighborhood walks. On a crisp morning, a walk to Lelant railway station and Anne's Woods is refreshing. About the cottage, it is spacious, full of air and light and very well equipped . Eclectic collection of books in a cozy reception is all you need to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen had a lovely tray of welcome goodies that we enjoyed along with provisions for hot beverages. The beds and linens were fresh and there was ample storage in each room to organise your things. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying experience.

Great place, lovely to be able to park right out the front and have grounds on site for the dog. Place was done to a really high quality, beds were super comfy and bathrooms were a really high spec. Kitchen contained everything you needed to cook in. Really short walk to the Badger Inn local pub and only a little further on to the station for train into St Ives.

Absolutely amazing stay. Saw Debs when we checked in and she was so welcoming and friendly. The room was absolutely spotless and very cosy, love the fairy lights above the bed. Lots of great recommendations as well. Perfect location felt nice and hidden away. Would definitely stay again!
