A small but nice 1-room apartment awaits you in a prime canal location. The apartment is located in the beautiful, lively and popular district of Plagwitz and can be reached most quickly from the stop "Elsterpassage" or "Karl-Heine/Merseburger Straße." Along the canal, it is about a 15-minute walk from Clarapark and Auenwald and about a 10-minute train ride from the main train station. And if you feel like hustle and bustle/pubs/cafes/restaurants, Karl-Heine-Straße is only 3 minutes by foot!

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.
