Das gesamte 55m2 Zweiraum-Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen Rathaus und Uniklinik. Die Wohnung liegt im EG auf der Hausrückseite und ist sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls auf der ruhigen Rückseite und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zusätzlich können zwei Fahrräder kostenlos mit genutzt werden. :) Es gibt keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz 🅿️ in der Straße, aber eine größere Menge an Straßen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in der Nähe.
