We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house is incredibly cozy, warm, and welcoming — it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made our temporary stay very pleasant during a difficult time. Sam is an exceptional host — very friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also great, with easy access to public transport and the seafront. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homely stay. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

It was the perfect home away from home! Everything was super straightforward and accessible including shops, parks/open spaces, check in, parking etc. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say about my visit and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay again :)

Hardeep's place is in the perfect location for exploring Rochester high street and taking day trips. Although it's very close to the train station, we didn't hear the trains and slept peacefully. His flat is spacious and we loved that it had two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we always felt safe. Will stay here again.

Beautiful apartment and well thought out. Shared garden space is huge and again beautifully designed and well thought out and importantly for us secure. Our doggies loved it too. So near to the beach we could swim and dry off back at the apartment. A short walk and you have all the great bars and restaurants Mersea offers. Kelly is a great host ,very responsive and accommodating.

Abi’s place is definitely worth the price – nice, tidy, and comfortable. I’ll happily recommend it to friends and family

Partner and I really recommend this quaint little place, its central and has good views of the sea and is just so cosy, its nice and pretty, its airy and just full of little quirks that make the place really memorable. We really, really recommend this place to all that wish to stay in the local area too. It was an pleasure to be in such an wonderful little home

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Anand's. The apartment was clean and as described on the listing. Excellent location close to Brentwood high street, plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants cafes etc. and a short walk (10/15 minutes) to the train station which has Elizabeth line with direct trains into central London. Anand was very helpful and accommodated our extra requests such as providing cots for our baby and toddler, high chair and toddler toilet seat which made our stay much more relaxed. He was quick to respond to messages and easy to get in touch with when necessary. I am happy to recommend a stay at Anand's and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Austine was very responsive to all communication from booking through to extending our stay. Check in was great through Hazel who met us to check us in and show us to the flat. A couple of small issues were sorted immediately. Would definitely stay again if available when needed.

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

You are not going to regret staying at Lee’s. A very clean home with a comfy bed. I didn’t want to leave. Her home smells nice and has a lovely decoration. You can tell she’s an interior decor. I’m definitely going to be there again if I need to. Best place I’ve used so far. 1000%. I could write book about her place but I’ll stop here. 🌅🌅🌅🌅❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely spacious apartment with an outside terrace with hot tub. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with really nice bed linen. There was great communication with the host who responded quickly to a couple of questions during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone who visits Rochester.

Great property at a good price, I chose to stay here while working in the area as a change to hotels, I have absolutely no regrets, similar budget and much nicer than the last few hotels I've stayed in.
