Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Cozy compact room near the city center

The room is on the top floor where there are 2 B&B rooms. From this compact comfortable room (12 m2), you can walk to the city center of Leeuwarden in 12 minutes. At the same time, you walk from the station to the Airbnb. The quiet room was completely newly built in 2022. Features a private (rain) shower and toilet. But the most important thing in the room is of course the nice box spring bed. There is a coffee corner (Dolce Gusto!) with sink.
