At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and YouTube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. Cozy ground floor apartment with garden near the city center

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

The Carriage House near Leeuwarden

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Do you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the main role then this apartment is for you. We, Ate and Gerda are owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable.

Tinyhouse Stilte aan het Water Geniet van rust en natuur in ons sfeervolle tinyhouse aan het water in Stiens. Met eigen ingang, airco, privacy en uitzicht over het water. Perfect om te suppen, vissen of zwemmen. Extra’s: ontbijt, huur van sups en e-bikes. Nabij Leeuwarden en Holwerd (veerboot Ameland). Fiets- en wandelroutes starten bij de achtertuin. In het weekend serveren wij (tegen betaling) een ontbijt, door de week alleen in overleg.

In this lovely cottage you can fully enjoy the great view over the nature reserve. For a stay in nature, you don't have to sacrifice anything in luxury, from rain shower to smart TV and air conditioning and luxury box spring, everything has been thought of! The compact kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated and has its own deck.

Sleep in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.
