The cycling distance (2 bicycles and a tandem available) to the city centre is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, there is a furnished terrace measuring approximately 16 square metres, where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late in the evening. The property is situated on an open waterway; you can fish there, and in summer, you can swim and use the canoe.

Located in a nice neighborhood of Leeuwarden, by car only 5 minutes from the city center, by bike 8 minutes. The FEC, the event hall, is a 15-minute walk away.

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south.
