Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Commerces à proximité.

This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

Bright 28 m² studio with a small garden, ideal for a stay in Le Teich. You will appreciate its calm and brightness, despite the proximity of the railway line. Perfect for recharging your batteries in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace). Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud music are prohibited to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. Access reserved for guests. Outdoor camera in the garden for deterrence.

Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.
