Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

Right on the water, in the picturesque atmosphere of PORT DE LARROS (Gujan Mestras), on the Bassin d'Arcachon, this air-conditioned studio on the ground floor of our cabin is rented for a minimum of 3 to 4 nights. Equipped for 2 people with beautiful covered terrace of 22 m2 on stilts (on the water) OPTIONS OFFERED: • Tide outing. Price: 45 euros/person with oyster tasting on the boat. . Continental breakfast: 18 euros/person . Daily cleaning: 30 euro/day

Studio Jay on Arcachon Bay

Thanks to all our guests who enjoyed the quality of Studio Jay, the hospitality and allowed us to become a "traveler favorite" Rated 3 stars by the Gironde Departmental Tourism Committee, registered with the Teich Tourist Office and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, the studio is located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, close to shopping centers, the bird sanctuary, bike paths (including the bike path) and a sandy beach on the riverbank.

The Studio

Studio lumineux de 28 m² avec jardinet, idéal pour un séjour au Teich. Vous apprécierez son calme et sa luminosité, malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée. Parfait pour se ressourcer dans un cadre paisible. Le logement est non-fumeur (cendrier sur la terrasse). Animaux non acceptés. Fêtes et musique forte interdites afin de préserver la tranquillité du voisinage. Accès réservé aux voyageurs. Caméra extérieure dans le jardin à visée dissuasive.

La Kbane de Phil

Chalet en bois douillet et spacieux de 43m2 avec terrasse, entièrement équipé, situé sur un terrain arboré au calme. Pièce de vie avec coin cuisine, une chambre, une salle d’eau, toilettes séparées. La gare et les commerces sont situés à 5 minutes à pieds, la réserve ornithologique, le port et un bassin de baignade à 15 minutes. Note : pour le mois de juin 2026, exceptionnellement, nous n’accepterons pas de séjour de moins de 5 nuits.

Come and enjoy the Bay of Arcachon in our spacious, new, air-conditioned, very comfortable villa, quiet in a cul-de-sac, with its beautiful south-facing swimming pool located in Teich. With its complete equipment for babies and young children, it is ideal for vacations for families or groups of friends, from one to three couples with children. Family home

Come with friends or family to enjoy our beautiful region. Bike rides, canoeing, gourmet market, ornithological park, oyster ports, beaches... You won't be short of activities or if you were, visit the Teich Tourist Office website ;) Close to the train station, you can easily go to Arcachon (15 min) or Bordeaux (30 min). During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

The cabin is closely situated to Arcachon Bay (5min drive), 30min drive from Cap Ferret, 3Omin from Bordeaux Mérignac and only a 8min bike ride away from the city center. Close to endless bicycle routes.
