Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Appartement situé à l'étage (pas d'accès PMR), tout près du centre, 5à10mn à pied de la gare, de la Réserve ornithologique, du port avec son Belvédère de 20m de haut, du plan d'eau (plage surveillée juillet/août). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.
