Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Château-d'Oléron

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

We had a great stay at Frederics place. It’s wonderfully located and in a quiet area. It was spacious with lots of room! Everything was clean and well maintained. A big garden which was perfect for my children.

very nice accommodation with a welcome by Sophie's mother-in-law, very friendly. The accommodation is impeccable, very practical for a person with reduced mobility and close to places to visit, Oleron, Rochefort etc. I recommend it +++

Agnès and her husband are really very nice, very welcoming and attentive. The cottage is beautiful, original, clean and tastefully decorated. It feels really good there. The kitchen is very well equipped and the terrace is with its very nice little corner of greenery (the bathroom is a little wonder). In addition it is very well located (close to La Rochelle and the beaches) and quiet. We had a great time and highly recommend the cottage!!! We also enjoyed playing a few games of pool. If we come back to the area one day we will choose this cottage without hesitation!!!

We communicated easily with Anne-Marie before our arrival. The accommodation is at the foot of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the necessary amenities for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small fairground is at the end of the beach.

We stayed 1 week, 2 families or 4 adults and 3 children including 1 infant. The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

- Owner Kate is very responsive - I rented all the houses for a week with a group of friends (adults, young adults and teenagers). - Perfect hybrid configuration for all guests with an environment that can allow each or different groups to live at their own pace or to do phases of all together (meal, convivial moment, sports activities, barbecue, etc.) - Very clean and well equipped accommodations - Very nice swimming pool and solarium - Excellent welcome and availability from Rachel during the stay I recommend Note the need to have a car to be self-sufficient. No shops within walking distance close to the rental.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the port. The apartment was very well equipped and cleam. Axelle was so helpful and accommodating.

Great stay in this charming townhouse. Great location! The terrace is really great when spring arrives, we were able to enjoy it. It was the adorable Sylvia who welcomed us, but Frédéric remained very attentive. We would have added an extra night:)

We had a great time. We were very well received by Gregory, who gave us good advice and some very friendly places. The accommodation is very nice, quietly located, and has everything you need. In addition, shops are available on foot. I would recommend it in a second.

The beautiful apartment was perfect for our family of 4! However, could have easily slept 6. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay with our children in this rental which has everything to please,the location and especially this real sea view. The place was clean when we arrived and it is very spacious. We hope to return someday!

Great apartment and helpful host

We had a fantastic week as a family of 10, ranging in age 83 to 16. The space was absolutely perfect for us to spend time together in the lounge and around the swimming pool. Not many places are this close to a beautiful sandy beach with les halles less than 5 mins away by cycle. We loved Les Bois en Plage and highly recommend it for everything it has to offer. A special thanks to Emmanuelle for being such a responsive and considerate host...answering so many of our questions!

The house is just incredibly beautiful! We enjoyed everything so much. It has everything you need and you can relax immediately. The pool is like a little oasis! We had a wonderful week with lots of peace and all the amenities that made the vacation perfect. Thanks, Yann!

Our stay at Mickaël's went very well. The house is very well located, in a quiet cul-de-sac and 5 minutes' walk to the beach! The house has many amenities. Self check-in is a real plus, because it's very simple and well explained by the host. Finally, Mickaël is a very friendly person, with whom it is very easy to communicate with. Thanks for the stay. Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

The house is really lovely and we had a great holiday. Prior to booking Caroline responded to all my queries literally within minutes. Romain met us when we arrived and showed us around. He was extremely helpful. Everything is of very good quality and feels like home. The house is in a very quiet and safe location literally a few minutes walk to the beach and to the town. There is plenty of parking either in the garage, in the front garden area, or on the road outside the house. The front and back garden areas are completely enclosed and safe which was important for our 2 very small dogs. The pool is spotlessly clean and lovely. We holidayed with with our adult children but there are lots of toys and games inside and outside for younger children. We were sad to leave!

Françoise's villa is ideally placed for those who mainly want to enjoy the beach. The interior is very well equipped, we feel that the villa lives differently than via tourism. thank you Françoise, we will be back!

This rental for the WE absolutely delighted us. The house has all the necessary amenities and is well laid out. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very nice and everything was as described. The hosting was very warm and Laetitia was extremely responsive. We already want to come back!

Lovely house on the edge of the quiet village of Sainte Marie which has a some good restaurants and is half an hour bike ride away from Saint Martin. The house is beautifully appointed and the nearby coastline is ideal for walking, swimming and watching the sunset. We loved our time here.
