Holiday rentals with a patio in Le Château-d'Oléron

The property is located on the sea in La Flotte. It is very well equipped - especially for someone with young children. Washing machine, dryer, high chair, stair gates, enclosed garden. In addition, the house is perfectly located right on the promenade. Everything is in walking distance. The place was really spotlessly clean!

The accommodation is ideally located in relation to the beach within walking distance and the activities of Saint Georges. Near the bakery which is convenient and also Royan. Spacious for 6 people with the very pleasant outdoor terrace.

We had a lovely time, thanks to Angelique and Christophe's place! The accommodation is very well located just a few minutes by bike from the small port of the fleet and especially its market! The coastal path is also nearby and will give you some great running sessions! Otherwise the accommodation is very very very functional , everything is well thought out, enough appliances to feel that we are missing nothing. there are many electrical outlets, storage, the space with the double bed is well thought out and gives you the impression of a real room in this studio. The underground parking is just the cherry on the cake! Honestly, I did a lot of airbnb and I find that Christophe and Angelique's place was designed for "us" guests so that we felt at home... and it works! Thanks again and I would highly recommend their place!

Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. Great weekend in this place, I recommend. If you want to walk around, the accommodation is 5 minutes from the Royan coast. Hélène was very responsive and cordial.
