Nice house in the heart of the citadel near the market

Very nice house of 110 m² completely renovated, with beautiful living rooms, bright, and which keeps a certain freshness during hot weather! You can have a good time on the outdoor terrace equipped with an awning and fully enclosed by a wall, not overlooked. Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms, including a comfortable master suite, will allow you to spend very good nights in a very quiet location. The place is ideal for relaxing and resting.

We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. Charming apartment in the heart of the city, located in a quiet residential complex and 200 meters from the port and the beach. It is on the 1st floor of a one-story building. Ideal for couple.
