Entire house 10 min walk to beach, port, market.

The house is located on the edge of the path of the ramparts of the commune . This allows access to the city center ,the harbour ,or the beach, walking only 10 minutes . The town is rich in culture with its artists' huts and the citadel, which hosts a number of exhibitions and festive events. In season ,at the end of the street , there is a free shuttle bus to all beaches. Bikes are at your disposal and I am at your disposal for any information .

Very nice atypical and joyful family home, full of charm, with its large wooden steps and heated pool, it is warm and bright, ideal for large family or group of friends. We call it the house of happiness. Our kitchen is equipped to make food for large tables. The enclosed garden of 4400 m², a main house of 300 m² and its wooden terrace, and two pretty wooden bungalows on 40m² with bedrooms and bathrooms connected also by a terrace

The studio is quietly located close to the city center and the Citadel. Great for a couple and a child. Vehicles can be parked on the property. We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. In the city center, there are also children's play areas and a skate park, as well as a performance hall, a port and artists' huts...
