Bienvenue au "Jardin des Oliviers", un havre de paix à 10 min de Montpellier et à 20 min de la mer. Votre logement indépendant est à l'extrémité de la maison ( habitée par les propriétaires), de plain pied, dans un parc de 2 hectares. Il comprend cuisine, terrasse privative, salon de jardin, 1 chambre et un salon, qui fait office de chambre (cf plan). Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain et toilettes privatives. La piscine (6x12m), non privative est accessible 5h par jour. A définir!

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Enjoy a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to central Montpellier and the beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or courtyard, not in the garden to avoid possible incidents with our dog). Self check-in with a key box from 3 pm, and check-out by 11 am at the latest
