A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

Whether you are travelling as a couple, alone or for a stopover, you will appreciate the calm of the place as well as its ideal location, allowing you to easily reach the sea, the mountains and Spain. Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.

A nice view of the Gardiole and its sunrises from its bed. A garden is dedicated to you with garden furniture under a beautiful almond tree and a picnic table for a soothing atmosphere. Ground-floor studio – parking – air conditioning

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Enjoy a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to central Montpellier and the beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or courtyard, not in the garden to avoid possible incidents with our dog). Self check-in with a key box from 3 pm, and check-out by 11 am at the latest
