Montpellier, Les hauts de Massane en Occitanie. très beau studio complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et d'une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

Idéalement située à proximité de Montpellier et des plages. 1 personne maximum Forfait ménage 20 euros ( si le locataire ne souhaite pas faire le ménage de départ) Forfait linge de lit et serviette ( 30 euros le séjour) sinon prévoir un drap housse en 140 cm, une taie d oreiller, un drap plat , couette ou duvet et une serviette de bain. Les personnes extérieures et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your self-catering home is at the end of the house. This one, on one level, is surrounded by a 2 hectare park, and inhabited by the owners. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6x12m), is shared with the owners.
