Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

Whether you are travelling as a couple, alone or for a stopover, you will appreciate the calm of the place as well as its ideal location, allowing you to easily reach the sea, the mountains and Spain. For your moments of relaxation, you will have a TV with Netflix and Canal+. The sofa is also convertible if needed. Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Enjoy a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to central Montpellier and the beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or courtyard, not in the garden to avoid possible incidents with our dog). Self check-in with a key box from 3 pm, and check-out by 11 am at the latest
