As mentioned in the description, this apartment is someone’s home. It is decorated beautifully and cared for as if they live there year round. The apartment was perfect for our trip because we were traveling with 2 adult daughters. We stayed in the master bedroom and they each had their own bedroom AND bathroom. The location is close to the metro which we rode constantly and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes to grab and drink and relax. This is a perfect apartment if you’re traveling with a family or multiple friends.

This was an exceptional apartment in the heart of Madrid. Modern, clean apartment with everything that you need.. including AC in each room ;). The location was perfect. Close to all the hot spots and the train station. Excellent restaurants / tapas bars are within a stones throw of the apartment. Absolutely loved it. We had a car so we parked in a public lot that was a 10 min walk. Would highly recommend.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Uma jóia em Madrid. Incrível apartamento lindamente decorado, muito bem equipado e confortável. Destaque para o terraço onde fizemos todas as refeições com muita privacidade e canto de pássaros. Localização perfeita, instruções precisas e muita facilidade de comunicação. Encontramos a casa muito limpa com cortesias generosas para nos servir à vontade. As dicas foram preciosas para explorar o charmoso bairro. Jorge e Angelina são os melhores anfitriões que conheci em mais de 10 anos de AirBnb. Espero retornar em breve.

Anton's apartment in Madrid was a perfect location. Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 young adults) really enjoyed the location and found it very walkable to all of the places we wanted to visit. It is on an active street so if you wish to grab a taxi there are plenty passing by. We walked everywhere so did not need one but we did see them around a lot. The apartment was clean and quiet. There is some renovations taking place but we were not disturbed at all and never noticed any noise from it. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable. Anton was flexible and let us drop our luggage off early so we could enjoy the city. This is always helpful when traveling and it was nice that he was willing to work with us on that. We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and in Madrid! Thank you Anton.

La atención recibida, fantástica. Quizá los escalones demasiado pequeños, algo a tener en cuenta dependiendo de la agilidad de cada uno. El menaje y la cocina no podemos opinar porque no lo usamos. Silencio, todo. Ni un ruido.

La ubicación es perfecta. Está en una zona céntrica, cerca de todo lo que se necesita: restaurantes, tiendas, y los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. El piso está completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta: cocina moderna, baño, y una cama cómoda. El balcón tiene unas vistas maravillosas de la ciudad, ideal para disfrutar de un café por la mañana. ¡Recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que visite Madrid!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.

Excelente experiencia Esta fue mi primera vez usando Airbnb y no podría haber sido mejor. Tiago fue un anfitrión impecable desde el primer momento. Reservé con mucha anticipación desde Uruguay, y todo fue tal como lo prometía la publicación. El apartamento está ubicado en pleno Chueca, una zona ideal para conocer Madrid: segura, vibrante, con todo cerca, y perfecta para moverse caminando o en transporte público. El apartamento es muy silencioso, limpio y cómodo; se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Además súper luminoso Sin dudas, el año que viene volveré a reservar con Tiago. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Un séjour parfait ! J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet Airbnb. L’appartement était impeccable, très bien situé et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’hôte était extrêmement accueillant, disponible et attentif à mes besoins, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un cadre chaleureux et authentique pour leurs voyages. J’y retournerai sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le bel appartement de Ruth très près de la Gare Atocha. L'appart donne sur une petite place avec une fontaine et la terrasse du café en dessous. Le quartier est très animé, surtout le vendredi et le samedi. Les espagnols se couchent tard. Nous avons trouvé un supermarket tout au bout de la rue très pratique. La cuisine était bien équipée et les chambres confortables. Nous avons fait toutes nos visites à pied. Ruth a été des plus aimables dans nos échanges. N'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement si vous passez à Madrid !

Solo estuvimos una noche tras asistir a un concierto en el Metropolitano. El apartamento cumplió estupendamente su función, zona tranquila y camas cómodas. Alex muy atento en todo momento. Recomendable

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Apartamento moderno, con todas las comodidades. Un lugar muy agradable, luminoso y cómodo

Apartamento ideal y bien comunicado. Francisco nos envió las instrucciones con tiempo suficiente para planificar nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó detalles útiles. pudimos acceder a la vivienda un poco antes, lo cual es un detalle porque teníamos in evento familiar y nos facilitó la logística. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, muy amable y hospitalidad top. La casa es cómoda para cuatro personas al disponer de sofá cama. Es muy luminoso, la terraza es una maravilla y todo estaba muy limpio. la ropa de cama de algodón y la cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y todo está muy cuidado. Cuenta con pequeños detalles como detergente para lavar ropa, variedad de tes, cafetera tipo nespresso, etc. Dormimos fenomenal, la zona es muy tranquila. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santiago Bernabeu (5min) y a 18min andando de Pza. Castilla. Tiene cerca varias lineas de autobús y metro. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos!!!!

Koko es una host estupenda. El piso estaba impecable y coincidía con las fotos. Se mostró atenta a la llegada y se adaptó a nuestras necesidades (llegamos tarde por un problema con el coche). me ha encantado y sin duda volveré.

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.
