Wonderful stay in a charming apartment! I had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful apartment and can only highly recommend it. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the cosy atmosphere and the loving details in the decoration. The location is ideal – quiet yet central. In just a few minutes, you can reach numerous sights, restaurants and shops. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the magnificent view from the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, so we lacked nothing. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I am looking forward to coming back soon.

Very good stay in this nice, well-equipped and very bright studio. Ideally located in the historic centre of Laval, it is easy to park nearby. Grégoire is a very friendly and caring host.

Everything was perfect, the arrival, Will's responsiveness, the tasteful decoration, the charm of the apartment! Very practical, nothing to complain about! Just a small cutting board for vegetables and sausage 😉

Nice place, well laid out. A bedside lamp, a bathtub plug and a curtain on the front door for the light may be missing. These are just the best details!

Very nice accommodation, tastefully furnished, functional and close to the center of Châteaubriant. Nice touch with breakfast provided on arrival, brioche, jam, juice and coffee, the apartment is very clean and quiet. The host Noël was really responsive and provided us with all the information we needed. A property that we would recommend. 👍

The property is at the top of its best! Well located (10 minutes walk from the center) and on a quiet street. The billiards, the balneo and the massage shower are very nice! Boris was very responsive. Going there without so much as a second thought
