House renovated in 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room on the ground floor. Accommodates 4/5 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bathtub) and a double sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to the city center and all amenities.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet.
