Apartamento cómodo y con vistas espectaculares de la playa. Esta justo en el paseo maritimo. Nos ayudo en el proceso de llegada y con recomendaciones para pasar los dias en las palmas. Muy recomendable.

Die Unterkunft liegt zum Glück nicht in einem touristischen Ort und man lernt die spanische Seite der Insel kennen. Nur 100 Meter entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit einer hervorragenden Metzgerei, womit man gar nicht rechnet. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist ganz sicher die Aussicht auf das Meer, die alle Sorgen und Zweifel zerstreut. In der Wohnung befinden sich überall Souvenirs, die offensichtlich mit Hertz und Leidenschaft gesammelt wurden. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut, so dass man sich dort während des Urlaubs selber versorgen kann. In dieser Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir sind dankbar dafür, dass die Vermieter sie mit uns geteilt haben.

Ana Maria ist eine umsichtige und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat guten Komfort und ist für einen Langzeitaufenthalt ideal. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Ana

Victor is a very nice person, polite and patient. Caused by a bus delay he had to wait for us one hour, but his mood was very good when we arrived. Sorry and thank you! The flat is in one of the best locations possible at the beach side. We loved to watch the paddle and beach volleyball players from our balcony, people are walking around and others are swimming quite early. It is very entertaining just sitting there with a coffee and watch the whole scenery. It is not super silent, but it’s a hotspot of life and fun. We were not bothered, and the apartment is fully equipped and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the vacation. We were really sad when we had to leave and will come back!

Je recommande vivement le logement de Sara. Il est idéalement situé, avec un arrêt de bus à proximité, des places de parking disponibles dans le quartier, un supermarché tout proche, et un accès facile à l’autoroute. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et conforme à la description. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Sara est une hôte très réactive, attentionnée et à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Juans Appartement. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer, selbst vom Bett aus. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen!!

Wir wurden sehr nett von Vanessa, der Tochter von Jose Juan, und Christian ihrem Lebensgefährten empfangen. Vanessa war während unseres 3-monatigen Urlaubs immer für uns ansprechbar, mehr als hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert bei auftretenden Problemen. Ihre Fürsorge ging weit über die einer Vermieterin hinaus, wofür wir uns ganz herzlich bei ihr bedanken. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie entsprach in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung im Internet. Ihre Lage direkt am Strand und mit sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ausgezeichnet und die Busverbindungen in andere Stadtteile oder Orte innerhalb der Insel sind ausgesprochen gut und günstig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Wohnung ist gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Juani fue excelente. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, moderno y acogedor. La cama era cómoda y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar. La ubicación es ideal, con tiendas, cafeterías a pocos minutos caminando. Juani fue una anfitriona increíble: respondió rápido a mis mensajes y me dio excelentes recomendaciones locales, como también donde dejar el coche de alquiler. Sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Alvaro. Es war wunderschön, größer als wir gedacht hatten, und anfangs haben wir uns sogar verirrt. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse war mega. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zum Kochen und Essen benötigten. Der Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox sehr einfach, und wir durften sogar später auschecken. Das Auto konnten wir sicher und kostenfrei vor dem Gebäude parken. Insgesamt eine 5* Plus Bewertung, danke Alvaro!

Muy tranquilo, para desconectar, buenas vistas, la cocina con todos los detalles, como en casa, las instalaciones muy cómodas, todo genial, para repetir

Ich und mini Fründin sind e Wuche dete gsi. D Jana hett eus persönlich empfange, eus die ganz Wohnig zeigt, und es hett sogar no Eier vo ihrne Hüener geh :) D wohnig isch Suuber gsi und ehrlich gseit chli grösser als erwartet. Es hett en Parkplatz ide nächi (kostet nur 1Eur pro Tag). Alles in allem simmer zfriede.

Estancia tranquila y justo lo que buscábamos, desconectar de la rutina en un lugar en la naturaleza. Muy recomendable incluso para los habitantes de la propia isla como nosotros.

Un lugar sin duda para repetir, tranquilidad, aire puro, conectas con la naturaleza, vistas increíbles, una puesta de sol maravillosa. La casa muy cómoda y cuidada,súper bonita,cocinas con vistas de ensueño, la cocina y el horno de gas nos encanto.tiene todas las comodidades. Lo único que mejoraría sería una televisión en el que pudieras utilizar las plataformas para hacer noche de cine. Recomiendo la casa al 100%.

The places was really comfortable and value for money. Had all the amenities needed. Although in the area, there are not much good places to eat, the location is very good as it is near to the airport and any other places you want to visit.

Encarna war sehr freundlich im Austausch. Der Check-in war flexibel möglich, obwohl wir spontan sogar deutlich früher als geplant und normaler Check-in Zeit, als ursprünglich geplant. Ein Auto braucht man zwar, um gut dorthin zu kommen, aber zur Erkundung der Insel unabkömmlich. Die Parkplätze scheinen erstmal ziemlich rar zu sein, aber wir haben immer etwas gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick traumhaft. Bei uns war es auch sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Logement qui correspond tout à fait aux photos. Hôte très accueillante et qui malgré notre arrivée en début de soirée était présente pour nous accueillir. Hôte très réactive lorsque l’on a une question. La vue des chambres et de la terrasse du toit est superbe : playa del hombre… Dommage qu’il y ait eu beaucoup de vent sur tout le temps de notre séjour, nous n’avons pu en profiter… Malgré tout, le vent permet d’avoir moins chaud la nuit 😉. Après pour moi, il est normal d’avoir du vent en étant aussi proche de l’océan 😁… parfois celui ci est plus fort … ce qui était le cas… rien de grave 😉 Une belle promenade au bord de l’océan, en face de la maison… de belles vagues à observer… De beaux coins à découvrir autour de la maison et loin du tourisme de masse : Telde, Tufia, el bufadero de la guarita, cuarto puerta… Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !!

Mycket trevlig lägenhet med bästa läget på Las Canteras. Värden Maica, som äger lägenheten är mycket hjälpsam och svarar fort på mail. Lägenheten är rymlig och trevligt inredd. Finns allt man behöver, tvättmedel, diskmedel, tvål, kaffe, mjölk mm. Det kändes välkomnande att få frukter och vin vid ankomst. Rekommenderar verkligen denna lägenhet

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Clemens. Es war alles wie beschrieben und Clemens war immer erreichbar für uns. Wir hatten super leckere Orangen und Avocados die wir einfach vom Baum pflücken durften! Vielen Dank dafür

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Eloys liebevoll und praktisch eingerichteter Unterkunft. Eloy hat sich von Beginn an proaktiv darum gekümmert, dass alles perfekt vorbereitet werden kann und steht auch vor Ort jederzeit zur Verfügung (er brachte uns zum Beispiel noch einmal extra neue Handtücher). Wir reisten mit unserer einjährigen Tochter und haben uns sehr über das extra Reisebabybett gefreut. Eine wichtige Info für alle mit langen Haaren: große Freude hat auch der leistungsstarke Föhn in mir ausgelöst :) Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet wirklich viel Platz. In der Umgebung kann man wunderbar was Essen oder Trinken gehen (Eloy hatte hier auch ein paar gute Tipps) und ist auch sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden (auch zum Flughafen). Wir waren zufällig zur Karnevalszeit da und waren überrascht, wie groß und ausdauernd es hier Festlichkeiten direkt vor unserer Haustür gab (wir fanden das aber keinesfalls störend, sondern eher sehr schön).

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. We really liked the terrace where we had coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The location was on a nice and quiet street and was close to several bus stops for traveling to the tourist attractions or other places on the island. The host was kind and friendly and answered quickly to the questions. Check- in and check-out was easy. We can recommend.

Me and my mum had a great time at the apartment. It’s so close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The beach is amazing, I’ve never been to such a beautiful beach in a city. The terrace was great and got sun in the late afternoon. Gabriele was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly and made the entire experience really easy, comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend!

This apartment is awesome! Very close to everything- beach, shopping street, restaurants, supermarkets. Even 24/7 shop is 1 min away. Nicolas is very welcoming and explained everything, he is an amazing host. As per other reviews it is a bit noisy, but I must say it’s a feature of a lot of other apartments on the island, so I do not consider it as a minus. You have to bring earplugs here, almost to any stay. Recommended 100%

Great apartment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The constant sound of the sea is amazing. The flat is nice- well equipped and everything you need for a super holiday. The balcony is amazing- table, chairs and sun loungers. The views from there are lovely- sunsets are glorious. Supermarket at the ground floor of the building. Lots to see and do in Las Palmas and Gran Canaria. Equally walking on the paseo and beach is fab. Owner of flat- friendly and helpful.

Super Apartment in bester Lage. Alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Gerne wieder.
