Excellent apartment just off the beaten track. Very quiet even though it’s on ground floor. Exactly like the description. Free parking right outside the door after a certain time. Very good pubs/restaurants/supermarkets walking distance away. Would 100% recommend. We will be back.

Really lovely place and so easy to find. Perfectly located with the tube and scenic all around. Anthony was really helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our week stay at this pristine apartment in delightful Chelsea. The unit is even better than pictured, and sparkling clean. We loved the patio near sunset watching the parrots, or early morning for a sunny start to a busy day. A bonus for us was early check in, arranged by Patrick, who was a very responsive host. Wonderful space perfect in summer, we loved using the balcony and the location is so well connected. Definitely saved as a great place to return to. Host messaged in advance to make sure we could have a smooth arrival. Top stay!

Great place to stay - clean and compact!

Lisa was a brilliant host; we arrived quite late with multiple delays and she was still welcoming. Camper the dog was so friendly. The apartment was spotless, no dust anywhere. Its a quirky place, feels very much not like London. Very quiet, and yet a 10 minute walk from Brixton centre. We stayed for Hoopla festival, so it was an outstanding location to just walk home. Some stuff that people might not mention - shower pressure was great, as was hot water. Washing machine and dishwasher (although we didnt use them). bed was a little hard for us, but that's personal preference only. Bedding was lovely, clean, soft, and a very quiet place to sleep with no disruptions. Very much a retreat. Yet a big Sainsbury is 2 minutes walk away. Kitchen has all the basics you need for breakfast/dinner etc. Could benefit from some wine glasses thats all! Towels were lovely and soft. Thanks so much for the stay 😀

Stayed here as we we're visiting family who lived close by. Are host was so kind helping us to navigate transport and was very kind when we needed to bother her to ask a couple of questions. Lovely and spacious and quiet. Thank you.

Ben's home was perfect for our trip to London! The place was really clean. We absolutely loved the kitchen and garden, and the location is fantastic. Brixton Village Market was a highlight with so many places to eat. Ben was a great host – super responsive and even offered us late check-out. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay , it’s warm, spacious , comfortable and has everything you need. So great to be across the road from a big park to escape the busy London vibe. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful. They made our stay which was under difficult circumstances, very easy and we felt truly supported. Would definitely stay again.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Imogen and Jamie's place - was a great, comfortable home base for visiting friends and travelling around London. Very conveniently located around a minute's walk to the tube station. Imogen was great to communicate with, and being her family home, the house felt very much like a home.

This was a great spot to stay in. The house was a nice middle point between feeling like you're really staying at someone's home but also the people who live there are clearly very minimalist so there wasn't clutter. Very close to the train, loved the neighborhood. I think this is true of a lot of airbnbs but our only down side was that we were slightly allergic to the down comforter and pillows and perhaps to the home of a dog. But, that happens, and we still enjoyed ourselves tremendously regardless. All of the space seemed well thought out and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really great stay in Clapham. Beautiful flat, clean, well appointed and good outdoors space, too! Within walking distance to Clapham Junction station and Clapham Common. Only downside was the front bedroom that seemed to pick up a lot of noise from the street outside. Overall, a lovely stay!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Constance was a really helpful host and nothing was too much of an ask for her. Thank you for a lovely cosy weekend stay - it made our little girl’s first trip to London even more enjoyable x

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Great apartment. It was clean and comfortable. Jason was a great host. He answered all of our questions and was available and fast to communicate. The apartment was very clean, no dust, no stains, no grime. You have to take your shoes off in the apartment which is something I really appreciated. The location is close to a train station and there is a bus stop right in front. It’s minutes away from a gorgeous park. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and Jason as a host.

The apartment was very centrally located with easy access to train, bus & taxi. Peaceful surroundings and quiet location. The apartment was spacious and cosy. Boris was a responsive and helpful host.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Jam was a very good and responsive host, he received our booking last minute and accommodated our extension request. The accommodation was as described and very clean and spacious.
