This is a nice, clean and cozy private basement. Two nice bedrooms, one bedroom with a full-size bed, and a master bedroom with an adjustable queen bed and a walk-in closet, and also a sofa bed in the living room that accommodates 2 more guest. It has a full kitchen, it's perfectly equipped (but no dishwasher) for business travelers, or families' vacations. The bathroom has shower and a really nice jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. This place is located in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We have created a large 2 bedroom suite in the lower half of our house. It is an entirely separate space with a separate entrance. Floor space is 1300 SF. You will be comfortable here for a few nights or several weeks! We are located just off the highway heading west to the mountains. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away and Red Rocks is less than 15 minutes from us. We are located a few blocks away from the Belmar shopping district, which is a great outdoor mall.
