It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Private Stylish Studio!

Enjoy a cozy, stylish studio with a private entrance and all the modern amenities conveniently located only 15 min from Denver, Red Rocks, and close to I70! There is a kitchenette, queen size bed, a small table & two chairs, a TV with access to all streaming services, and a separate heating and cooling unit for the space. Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Cozy Private Suite in Ruby Hill

All are welcome! Cozy, completely private, sun-filled room in Ruby Hill. Features a sitting area with flatscreen TV & streaming services, tiled shower with rain style shower head, & kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, dishes, & small fridge with filtered water dispenser. Hangers and hand steamer available in dresser. Private entrance and lockbox allow guests to come and go as they please. Parking available in driveway. 420 friendly outside the house (no smoking or vaping inside).

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Enjoy an experience at this centrally-located bottom level Airbnb rental. Separate entrance. Free parking. Water, refrigerator, microwave and a place to hang your clothes. Clean towels and bedding. Nice and cool for summer. Close to the highlands . Washer and dryer in space for longer term stay. Tv (you can add your info for streaming platforms ). Lamps. Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Denver, Red Rocks, Green Mnt., Golden Suite

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.
