Everything about our stay was amazing. We loved the location and felt super safe. Their property was peaceful and quiet, even with the wildlife and children around! Roscoe welcomed me every time we came and went and that made me happy as well!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. The theme/decor was fun and unique. Brandon communicated well and answered my questions within minutes prior to arriving. We had no issues while staying and would highly recommend this place to family and friends who are visiting Colorado.

This place was perfect for our needs! Good lighting, safe neighborhood, quiet, walking distance to the grocery store, well equipped kitchen, very communicative host. Would definitely book again when we’re in the area!

Easily the most user friendly AirBnb we’ve ever rented, and the most well provisioned. I was particularly appreciative of the small condiment packages, the easy checkout, and the coffee! The fenced area was perfect for our 13 year old boxer, who at first didn’t know what to do with such a wide open space and no leash. We were more mindful driving because there is so much wildlife in the area. When we first pulled in we were greeted by four elk in the driveway. What a great way to start our vacation! You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

This spot was so perfect - walking distance to both Sloane lake and Edgewater Market. Very comfortable and private!

Sara and Olivia were the perfect hosts! I had several questions about coming to town since it was my first time to the area! They were always prompt when answering my questions and their recs were spot on! Perfectly walkable to the sweet downtown. If I’m ever back in Golden, I’d be thrilled to stay here again!

Cozy place. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was perfect for my husband and I. The place would probably feel cramped if there were two couples though. Walkable to everything downtown in the tourist area. Easy to check in and out.

If you have plans to go to Red Rocks, STAY HERE! Perfectly located, we were only minutes away. And, it was very convenient to beautiful Golden and surrounding areas. Everything we needed, we loved staying here. Perfect hosts.

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

When I return to Golden in the future, I will definitely try to stay at Betsy‘s place again. It is in an ideal location, walking distance to several restaurants, nightlife, and Coors brewery. It’s also a short drive to Fossil Trace golf course and Red Rock Amphitheater. The place is very comfortable and well equipped. I felt very fortunate to find such wonderful accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Jack was very responsive and he provided suggestions on things to do around the area, which is perfect because it’s close to downtown! The place was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

We visited Lakewood in order to see a concert at Red Rocks. So close and convenient to stay at Jenny’s place. Nearby grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking parks made the trip so easy. The Airbnb was safe, clean and a great location.
