Overall, our stay was terrific. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location for our needs. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away in a professional and friendly manner, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you and see you next time!

Came for a short stay on a solo trip and it was exactly what I was looking for. Easy access to all the places I wanted to see, nice quiet neighborhood to come back to at the end of the day. Joey was a really cool guy and gave me some local recommendations and directions. Would definitely come back!

Great stay, caution if your arriving at night. There is a bright porch light that will not allow view of house number. Everything else was very nice and tidy.

We have stayed at many Airbnb across the globe, and this will be the most memorable. Partly due to the amazing guest suite and certainly because of the hosts, Billy and Lynn. The guest suite had a fully stocked kitchen, unlike any other stay we have booked. It had everything. The living area was big and spacious, with room for inflatable mattress. Bedroom and all the linens were perfect. The outside area is unreal. You can literally walk out the backdoor and be in open space with walking/biking trail in 5 min or to the Apex rec center with 3 pools, gym, ice rink and more in 3 min. The property is huge and private. If your looking for walking distance bars/restuarants and in the city mix, this is not the place. But if your looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, hosts that are good people and always there to help when needed, then take a look it. We highly recommend the place and certainly will book again.

Perfect place to stay. Especially if you're going to Red Rocks for a concert. 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.

Stay was great, plenty of space and privacy The view from the yard is amazing especially at night! Felt like I could see all of Denver from the backyard! Hammock was great, fire pit was a nice thing to have while sitting outside at night enjoying the view, definitely recommend for anyone who is going to the Red Rocks or just looking for a quiet place close to Denver with an amazing view!

We had a wonderful time at Beth and Donovan’s. They were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. It was a clean, beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. We only had a few days to spend in Colorado and we felt like this was a great base to be able to visit all of the places we wanted to see. I would definitely book with them again!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and easy to find. The hot tub was a real treat—clean and perfectly maintained. Instructions for check-in and amenities were clear and simple to follow, which made the experience seamless. The garden is absolutely beautiful and added a peaceful vibe to the whole stay. I could not find a negative thing to say about this place if I tried! Every single thing about this Airbnb is well thought out (they even labeled the light switches).

We recently enjoyed three nights at Richard's hot tub getaway. The residence was beautiful,clean and roomy. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the sunroom! His place is a perfect location to attend a Red Rocks concert, so close and convenient. He is a great host, communication is fabulous! I would recommend his place to others!

This is THE place for a concert at Red Rocks, local hikes, downtown Morrison and Golden and anything else you could possibly need. It's quaint and had everything we needed to make our quick trip out west a great one!

We loved our stay at Chris’s and Gretchen’s place. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out! The place was super clean and comfortable, and the linens were crispy white. It has every amenity you need, including perforated wavy toilet paper (little touches like this are noticeable and appreciated:-) Gretchen was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything halfway through our stay and the best part, we didn’t need to do anything on checkout besides RELAX. We would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Denver.

Great stay! Easy check in and out. Great space, showers, and bed/bedding. We made French press coffee two mornings and it was fantastic. Great location to great spots in Old Town Arveda. Recommend.

My wife and I and our 2-year old daughter stayed at Susan's place during our visit to see family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed, as well as some other above-and-beyond amenities (such as food, drinks, kids' toys, and even a private hot tub!). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we're in town. Thank you so much, Susan!

Patricia’s rental suite was perfectly located for us, just blocks from our daughter’s. It was comfortable and clean. The quiet streets provided great morning and evening walks. We only had occasion once to contact the owner when the outlet “tripped” in the kitchenette. She called back right away with instructions for resetting. As a basement apartment, the amount of natural lighting was limited, but we didn’t spend a lot of daytime there, so this was fine. The entry stairs are steep, so anyone with mobility issues might find that challenging. That said, my husband uses a cane, but was able to navigate the stairs

Very clean and comfortable. We had a great trip, we were only 13 minutes away from Red Rocks and it was super easy to get there early and get great seats. It was right around the corner from Walmart too.

Paula’s place was great! A very quick walk to Green Mountain trails and close to restaurants and everything we needed! The dogs loved having a fenced in backyard to use as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Lakewood was beautiful and quiet which was perfect for us four adults. We went to the amphitheater and had an unbelievable experience but it was nice being able to come back to some quiet. Thank you to the family that hosted us!
