The place was perfect for our family vacation. Fun games and amenities to keep everyone occupied and bonding before and after our daily excursions

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. The nearby Adventure Golf was a blast and a big hit with our pre-teens. It took us a little while to find the place. The address for the GPS is Broomfield, not Westminster, and there are multiple streets with the same name, which can be confusing, so pack some patience. However, the location was perfect; it was about a 30-minute drive to Denver attractions. The weather was a bit wet, so we were unable to use the backyard and fire pit. The house looked every bit like the pictures, though, and was very comfortable, especially the beds! Thanks, Mark and Jenni, for a great experience!

The Escape was perfect for us and our 4 teens. We used it as home base while doing Colorado activities but we also spent some time at night hanging out in the game room. Highly recommend and I’d definitely go back!

This was a great place to stay overall loved the house and they were very detailed on what to expect and sent reminder on the very very short to do list before departing. I would definitely recommend.

My family of six adults stayed here for a wedding weekend. The rooms were all decent size and there were enough utensils, cups, and towels for the whole family. This is an older home with steep stairs to the 2nd level and the basement, but it was fine for us. The bathrooms were small but functional. The place was easy to find, and Victoria was responsive and helpful to let us check in early. It is a quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from strip mall dining and shopping, but we were only in town for the wedding and not for sightseeing in downtown Denver. When we did go downtown, it was about a 30 minute drive without major traffic. One small issue we had was a beeping smoke detector that required new batteries, and Victoria's husband came to check in a few hours later to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, this was a nice place to rest our heads for our trip.

The house was lovely, clean, and available. I had booked a hotel that ended up being in an unsafe location. I immediately cancelled the hotel, checked airbnb for places available, and Bill's home was at the top of the list. The description included "3 king beds". My sister, my cousin and I were in town for a girl's trip. We had a nice serene and safe stay in the home and neighborhood. The home wad very easy to find, plenty of parking for our vehicles, beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room, large bedrooms with clean fresh linens and towels, and a beautiful bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I only wish we could have stayed longer to try the hot tub and enjoy the backyard. The home is well maintained and I will recommend it and keep it in my favorites for any future trips.

We just stayed for one night before flying home. It was very comfy and clean. We had lunch at Bonfire Burritos (Yum!) and got take out from Dumpling Bay (Yum!) for dinner. It was a hot day in Boulder, so we did not spend a lot of time outside. Nice to have such a wonderful place to unwind before heading home.

Perfect location! Stayed for an event at Red Rocks and slept great! What a way to avoid traffic and really get away from the city. Shower- wow!!! Love the upgrades in this unit. Will absolutely stay again!! Thanks for being pet friendly too. Wonderful host!

Nice secluded neighborhood, however a bit out of the way. Had construction that woke us up early every morning and cluttered the driveway. However, the space was gorgeous and well worth the price, with the area having a beautiful dark, emerald color scheme going on.

Our 7 year olds review was “1 out of 10, what did you think about our Air B&B son?” He said “10, it’s nice, clean, comfortable, and easy to get used to…” he continued…”I like the creek, the walking trail (to the playground), it’s kinda better than our home for vacation”. We agree with him and we’re not disappointed at any point with our accommodations or our location. Thank you April for opening up your newly renovated basement apartment to us. We had a wonderful time.

Clean, well designed, communicative, let us check in early. Loved using the sauna. I didnt realize it was a basement apartment. That could have been more clear. However, it made it cozy. we didnt mind once we were in it. I would stay again.

Such a great space - nice and private and super clean. Location was great too with plenty of options for activities within a short driving distance. I have zero complaints. I highly recommend to anyone. We went to a concert at Red Rocks and it was a short 20 minute drive.

We booked here at the last minute when our other place was canceled. My partner and I agreed this place was so much better! Beautiful little place that was perfect for our needs. Check-in was easy and the cabin was clean and comfortable. The views are amazing and the location was peaceful. Rex was friendly and responsive while still letting us enjoy our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Dan’s home was beautiful! Peaceful and quiet area. Great place to relax at after a busy day. Recommend stopping here with the family for a nice getaway.

We had a great time at Staunton State Park. Very close proximity to the park. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. Great to soak outside in the hot tub after rock climbing all day.

This place is beautiful! The views are breathtaking! You can see downtown Denver at night and we saw many elk which was really cool! The hot tub was awesome and the Mountain View’s are insane! We loved our stay so much and our toddler said he never wanted to leave!

Clean large house in peaceful setting - plenty of yard games etc to stay entertained

We loved Tami's cabin! From the onset of booking Tami was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The cabin is small (think studio) but well-stocked and in a great location next to Golden Gate Canyon State Park. We had such a great time at the cabin and would definitely go back. We highly recommend it!
