Great place to stay, easily within walking distance of the main town and very close to the lake. Perfect spot.

Our stay at this place was a real pleasure, peaceful with an amazing views on the lake. The home was as described, the beds were very comfortable. Even though not fully equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook!

Great place to stay at Jeremy’s cottage. Easy to find, close to town, very peaceful location. Jeremy was very friendly and my husband had a few chats with him, which is his favorite pastime! Hopefully stay again sometime in the future 😊

Absolutely gorgeous, serene, private hideaway. Gorgeous property, we even found an area at the front of the property before the bridge to practice our chipping before hitting the golf courses. Many thanks Tracey🙂

If you are looking for a place to stay in Taupo book this beautiful spot if it is within your budget, or stretch it if it is not. We agree with all the posted reviews, but would add we appreciated the pristine rooms, the fresh duvet covers and the plush robes. I was dealing with a family emergency back home and this place was so soothing and comforting, it was the next best thing to being home. The space and the views were the best. The lovely breakfast was appreciated. The linens and the beds were comfortable. Can’t say enough! Stay here

The view of lake Taupo from Jade’s place was amazing! It was very peaceful, we loved sitting on the deck in the evening looking at the lake enjoying a glass of wine! The suite is very spacious which was nice. It was a great spot to stay and enjoy Taupo( a 5 min drive to the town and lakefront) and to do day trips to Rotorua.

A warm and cosy cottage. Gets lots of sun. The bed was really comfortable and so were the lazyboy chairs in the lounge. We felt so relaxed and comfortable here. We also took advantage of the gas BBQ and the spa pool.

A lovely stay at Huna Atu. Bronwyn and Gary are fabulous host going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even dropping us to our venue and showing us easy access walkways. A lovely converted space, with all you need for a brief stay. Comfy bed, lovely n clean space and walking distance to the lake. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area to book with Bronwyn. Would stay again in the future. Thank you

The space was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully fitted out. The little kitchenette space had all the essentials like microwave, fridge, dishes, tea/coffee/sugar/milk. It was a little awkward washing the dishes in the bathroom sink, but at least it was a big sink. The windows looked out to a lovely private yard, and there was plenty of room to spread our things out. It was a little bit out of town center (about 10 minutes drive), but there were two nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here, the guesthouse was very nicely decorated, spacious, clean, had everything that we needed with beautiful views of the lake. Our hosts were great and provided us with lots of useful information. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay great view and very comfortable Warren was very helpful and his recommendations for coffee shops was perfect Anyone wanting to visit Lake Taupō couldn’t do better than this cottage very well fitted out kitchen we had a great time

Wendy was amazing! Her home is a wonderful escape into the country side. The Airbnb is so cozy, there's a beautiful garden, and some very cute dogs! Wendy was so kind and friendly when we chatted. Highly recommend!

The place was very pretty with a stunning view of the lake. There were comfortable beds and a gorgeous vintage home. It was a wonderful stay and we had an enjoyable time here.

Thanks for the great stay, was amazing location allowing my mom could spectate the Ironman run from the place. Loved watching the sunset on the balcony in the evenings.
