Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Ahuriri , with its great restaurants and small yacht harbour,is within walking distance(1.2 km ) The area is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and of course the Art Deco architecture. Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
