BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The well-known architect Thormann has built the villa for himself about 1860 as a residence. The villa is located at the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the harbor worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage City, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
