The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.
