Monthly Rentals in Lafayette

Ivo's place was just perfect for my husband and myself. It is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We liked the private entrance, the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity (easy walking distance) to the Coal Creek Trail and local shops. Ivo checked in to make sure all was well and was quickly responsive to a minor appliance glitch. We hope to stay there again on future visits to Lafayette.

Lovely place! Lovely hosts! Lovely neighborhood! Lovely lake! Jerry and Alice are blessings in this world. They were kind, caring, and responsive. The airbnb was well kept, and I felt very safe in the neighborhood. I will love to stay again when I visit the area.

Had a great stay, the place was super clean and bed extremely comfortable. Walkable to lots of places within a few blocks. Easy drive into Boulder. Tons of street parking, nice quiet neighborhood. The place looks exactly as advertised and hosts were very responsive. Yes the unit is connected to main house and they are very clear about having young kids - but they installed good soundproofing and it was not an issue for me. Would def stay again
