great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Best Airbnb ever. Great balance of livability and workability. The shed in the back was perfect to set up my home office away from home. The tank pool was fun to float in on the warm days, the fire pit was great to sit around after a storm on the cool day. There were helpful notes throughout, and it was stocked with essentials that one may have forgotten. The hosts were responsive, friendly and clearly take pride in helping ensure we had a nice stay. I would star again without hesitation. The only downside was we had to leave! But I guess that’s a “me” problem. 🤣 can’t say enough good things about this place and our experience.

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

Jay and Regina are wonderful hosts, and their place is lovely and in an extremely ideal location. The house is well stocked for cooking meals and everything was very clean. The only snag we ran into was the AC decided to die during our stay, it was the first hot days of the year. But Jay and Regina were VERY responsive and got us set up with a portable AC unit right away to keep things cool. They had the main AC fixed within a couple days! Having the hosts on the property is definitely a plus in my opinion, as they were able to address issues VERY promptly. Overall the house was wonderful, the location was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

Jonathan's place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. he even had fresh flowers on the table to welcome us in at check in. he was very responsive to messages, extremely kind, thoughtful and accommodating. He took all the worry out of the process. I will definitely be booking this location again in he future. thank you Jonathan!! I really appreciate you and your home!!

This was a great place to stay with the family. Our kid was over the moon when the toys were discovered in the lemon room. The space was nice for all and easy to find.

Lisa was very responsive and awesome host. The place was clean and very cool. it was minutes away from many great restaurants and open spaces to hike and run. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Nancy’s home. She was welcoming and friendly, but also gave us privacy. It was great to have the basement suite all to ourselves. The place was spotless and we had a comfortable stay. The home is also in a great location for driving to shops and walking to restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood!

Much nicer than staying in a hotel. Residence wasn't super fancy, but as nice as any hotel, and much nicer than having to stay in a hotel. Great location and lots of easy walking things to do.

Jennie’s home was clean, comfortable and bright and it had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed spending Christmas in her lovely home. We especially liked the proximity to the walking bridge, the nearby lake and a couple of hikes in the mountains. And Lulu… She was so sweet. It only took her about a day to feel comfortable around us. And caring for her was simple and a pleasure.

The space was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! Perfect for a weekend getaway with three girlfriends. We each had our own lovely private space and several cozy common areas to spend time together. The place is easy walking distance from the restaurants and shops of downtown Louisville and also abundant quiet open space. Sara was very kind and responsive, an excellent host! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay! The home was perfect for our time. It was an easy check in, excellent communication between Jonah and the home was even better than the pictures. Everything was available for our needs for an extended stay. Restaurants are within walking distance and the area of the home is in a quiet area. We are staying at the Posh Pickle again as everything was great. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Natalie’s home was incredibly clean, in a great area, and perfectly furnished with all the necessities. If you’re looking for a high value, low effort place to stay - this is it! Also we enjoyed watching her chickens and cat out the back window :)

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

Beautiful community and even more beautiful home! Home was clean and tiddy. The home was full of natural lighting, which we loved! Easy access to garage to charge our EV. The beautiful monstera plant in the living room added the perfect touch for the homey feeling. Would definitely stay again!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our 12-day stay at the "Annie House" was. Truly felt right at home in this welcoming place. The location was absolutely fabulous, being able to stroll & enjoy main street Louisville & cool nearby park. For our hosts, we can give them no less than a AAA+ rating being everything you could ask for. The home itself was so very comfortable & cozy and perfectly appointed right down to the cup hook key rack to hang my car keys just like at home. We feel Levi & Tif went the extra mile providing a highchair, pack-n-play & bedding for our new grandson, which was immensely appreciated. Thank you. We came to town to celebrate our son's graduation, his fiancé's graduation, both their birthdays, Mother's Day & an extended visit with l'il baby Liam. The privilege of having the historic "Annie House" (hosted by Tif & Levi), with its comfort, accommodations & location as our base of operations for all this has created wonderful, cherished memories for all of us.
