Characterful house ideally located 2 steps from the city center and 400 m from the Gennerelles beach. This 2-level house was completely renovated in 2023. It consists of 3 bedrooms with large 160 cm beds and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 90 cm beds. 2 fully equipped kitchens will allow you to share your meals together or sometimes maintain a certain independence from the other guests. A lovely terrace in front of the house and a large garden in the back will delight you.

We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a beautiful sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is still very close, just a 3-minute walk away. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, and the exteriors were designed by a landscaper.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
