Originally from and in love with Les Sables d'Olonne, we would like to share with you our beautiful apartment with modern and neat decoration with sea view, jacuzzi and balcony terrace.

We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a nice sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is very close, only a 5-minute walk. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, the exteriors carefully designed with a landscaper.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

It is ideally located close to the bakery, bar-tobacconist-newsagent, restaurant, beach and forest. In summer, there is also a Sunday morning market and free FunBus shuttles that run throughout La Tranche-sur-Mer and its beaches in July and August.
