It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville-sur-Mer (5 km) and La Tranche-sur-Mer (5 km) accessible, for those who wish, by bike path. The beach is 1 km away, accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or through the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. A marsh area completes the immediate surroundings of the premises.

We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a beautiful sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is still very close, just a 3-minute walk away. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, and the exteriors were designed by a landscaper.

The accommodation is rated 2 stars. At La Tranche sur Mer, parking is paid from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella Maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
