nice refurbished studio, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby... the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a double secure entrance. The accommodation is rated 2 stars. At La Tranche sur Mer, parking is paid from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella Maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a nice sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is very close, only a 5-minute walk. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, the exteriors carefully designed with a landscaper.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Very cute! All redone! Located 350 m from the beaches and a short walk from the shopping streets of the city center, quiet in a cul-de-sac without cars. Our holiday maisonette is bright, warm and functional, a cozy little nest for 2 people. For a break or for a few days of vacation. You park around the maisonette and after that everything is within walking distance! Possibility: 2 adults + 1 child able to climb 50 cm steps (contact us).

New near the accommodation: fitness and wellness center open year-round (CAP La TRANCHE) La TRANCHE SUR MER is 30 minutes from LA ROCHELLE or LES SABLES D'OLONNE. It takes an hour to get to ÎLE DE RÉ. You can visit several islands by ferry. The house can be occupied summer and winter.
