Nearby high street shops (250 meters) and the ocean (350 meters), you can park your car in the private garage and enjoy your holiday by foot. Market is also 300 meters away to buy fresh food or souvenirs. If you like cycling, this is the place with many cycle path. You can also use the free shuttles managed by the city to visit other beaches or go to the super market. Life will be easy in this lovely flat well equipped with oven, micro wage, dish machine, coffee machine, boiler, ceramic hob etc.

nice refurbished studio, very bright south-facing, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby... the beach is 100 m away. the studio is on the first floor with a double secure entrance. The accommodation is rated 2 stars. At La Tranche sur Mer, parking is paid from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella Maris" parking lot 100 m from the accommodation.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
