we were delighted by this very well-appointed cottage with a very friendly owner Angelique who listened to our requests and who puts you at ease from the beginning. Quiet and green place in the middle of nature with dog, cats and chicken that relaxes and soothes you. we keep this place in our memory to return for a longer stay in the future. Host Lydie is very professional and kind, gives all the necessary information so that you don't need to search. Accommodation is perfect and spacious. Very quiet, ideal for visits to the seaside, Fouras, Oleron Island, Rochefort, La Rochelle and Ile de Ré...! We spent 4 nights and were very happy with the accommodation. Impeccable studio, in a quiet environment and very well located to visit La Rochelle, Ile de Ré or the Poitevin marsh. Julien is responsive in case of any problems. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Fantastic apartment directly on the ocean! We enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot! We were just a couple, but also for 4 people this is a great place to stay. The apartment is specious, extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We are often very happy with the places we booked on AirBnb but this place is exceptional! The island is also worth a visit. We were here 4 nights and that felt like a very relaxing vacation. We will come back!

The apartment is ideally located, we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus, we highly recommend Maryse and her property! A luxury studio in such a beautiful building, with a fantastic garden where many birds sing. We had good weather, wonderful outside, looked at Saintes but even more relaxing in the garden. Excellent
